We take a simpler approach, and we put it in writing.
What You Pay Is What You Pay
Your price at sign up is your price at renewal. If we ever need to raise prices, you get notice, the reason, and a choice. We do not bury increases in small print. We do not offer a first year discount that quietly bites you in month thirteen.
When you move up a tier because your business grew, your new price is the public price of that tier. No negotiation required to get a fair number.
No Nickel And Diming
Storage is not sold in pretend bands. The plan you pick includes a sensible amount, and if you need more, the upgrade is priced like an upgrade, not like a penalty. Bandwidth is not metered at a tier most customers never approach. DNS queries are not a line item.
If you want a dedicated IP, a signed letter for a compliance audit, or a priority support line for a particular project, we can talk about that. Otherwise, what is on the plan page is what is on your invoice.
Cancellation
You can cancel at the end of your term. No contract to exit. No retention agent to route you through. If our service stops being a fit, you go. We send you your data in a format you can use elsewhere.
We do not love it when customers leave, obviously. We do love the kind of market that rewards providers who earn their renewals every year. Holding customers hostage with a six month cancellation clause is the opposite of that.
Why We Can Afford To Do This
Because our margins are honest. We do not need to hide costs to make a business work. Our plans are priced for the long term. If that means we say no to prospects who want rock bottom pricing, that is a choice we are happy with.
