WebDNS takes abuse of our email hosting platform seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute abuse of our services:

Phishing

Sending emails designed to fraudulently obtain personal information such as passwords, financial details, or login credentials.

Malware Distribution

Using our platform to distribute viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious software.

Spoofing & Impersonation

Forging email headers or impersonating individuals, businesses, or organisations.

Harassment

Sending threatening, abusive, or harassing emails to any individual or group.

Illegal Content

Using our services to distribute illegal content or to facilitate any unlawful activity.

How to Report Abuse

If you have received abusive, spam, or phishing emails originating from our platform, please report it to us so we can take appropriate action.

Please include the following information in your report:

1 Full email headers of the abusive message (this is essential for investigation).
2 The body of the email or a description of the abusive content.
3 Date and time the email was received.
4 Your contact information so we can follow up if needed.
5 Any additional context that may help our investigation.

What Happens After a Report

When we receive an abuse report, we follow a thorough investigation process:
