We know, because we planned for it. Your data is backed up nightly to a second site, still in the UK, still on hardware we own. If the worst happens, we restore from those backups. We do not move your data abroad to recover it. We do not vanish for three days while we work out what our options are.
We test the restore process regularly. Not because we expect a disaster, but because a backup you have never actually restored from is just an expensive habit.
The Bit That Nobody Else Talks About
If you ever want to leave us, your data leaves with you. You can export your mailboxes, your DNS records, your files, in formats that other providers will accept. We do not bury that in a support ticket or charge you for a data request. It is your stuff, and we do not hold it hostage.
That is the kind of confidence a UK hosted promise should come with. Anything less is marketing.
